Certified Food Safety Managers are on-site to ensure that all
guests receive nutritious meals to meet all dietary needs.
Menus are prepared in accordance with USDA and the
Agency for Health Care Administration.

All Staff of Ardent Manor has received specialized training
to assist with memory disorders, including Alzheimer’s,
Parkinson’s and guests that have been effected by stroke.
